The LORD,the Godof their fathers,sent[word] to them againand againby His messengers,becauseHe hadcompassionon His peopleand on His dwellingplace;

Jesus was going throughoutallGalilee,teachingin their synagoguesand proclaimingthe gospelof the kingdom,and healingeverykindof diseaseand every kindof sicknessamongthe people.
He cameas a witness,to testifyaboutthe Light,sothat allmight believethroughhim.
"As You sentMe into the world,I alsohave sentthem into the world.
"For in this[case] the sayingis true,Onesowsand anotherreaps.'
From that citymanyof the Samaritansbelievedin Him becauseof the wordof the womanwho testified,"He toldme all the thingsthat I [have] done."
So then,thosewho had receivedhis wordwere baptized;and that daythere were addedaboutthree thousandsouls.
And the congregationof thosewho believedwere of oneheartand soul;and not one[of them] claimedthat anythingbelongingto him was his own,but all thingswere common propertyto them.
But manyof thosewho had heardthe messagebelieved;and the numberof the mencameto be aboutfivethousand.
And all the morebelieversin the Lord,multitudesof menand women,were constantly addedto [their number],
The wordof Godkept on spreading;and the numberof the disciplescontinued to increasegreatlyin Jerusalem,and a greatmanyof the priestswere becoming obedientto the faith.
