He carriedout from thereallthe treasuresof the houseof the LORD,and the treasuresof the king'shouse,and cutin piecesallthe vesselsof goldwhichSolomonkingof Israelhad madein the templeof the LORD,justas the LORDhad said.
At the turnof the yearKingNebuchadnezzarsentand broughthim to Babylonwith the valuablearticlesof the houseof the LORD,and he madehis kinsmanZedekiahkingoverJudahand Jerusalem.
Nebuchadnezzaralso brought[some] of the articlesof the houseof the LORDto Babylonand putthem in his templeat Babylon.
As for the daysof our life,they contain seventyyears,Or ifdue to strength,eightyyears,Yet their prideis [but] laborand sorrow;For soonit is goneand we flyaway.
The LordgaveJehoiakimkingof Judahinto his hand,along with someof the vesselsof the houseof God;and he broughtthem to the landof Shinar,to the houseof his god,and he broughtthe vesselsinto the treasuryof his god.
