"Then let them gatherallthe foodof thesegoodyearsthat are coming,and storeup the grainfor foodin the citiesunderPharaoh'sauthority,and let them guard[it].
"Let Pharaohtakeactionto appointoverseersin chargeof the land,and let him exacta fifth[of the produce] of the landof Egyptin the sevenyearsof abundance.
"Let the foodbecomeas a reservefor the landfor the sevenyearsof faminewhichwill occurin the landof Egypt,so that the landwill not perishduring the famine."
When the faminewas [spread] overallthe faceof the earth,then Josephopenedallthe storehouses,and soldto the Egyptians;and the faminewas severein the landof Egypt.
But he said,"Please,Lord,nowsend[the message] by whomever You will."
