So [Jacob] wentin to Rachelalso,and indeedhe lovedRachelmorethanLeah,and he servedwith Laban for anothersevenyears.
Then Labansaidto Jacob,"Whathave you doneby deceivingme and carryingawaymy daughterslike captivesof the sword?
Then Jacobrepliedto Laban,"BecauseI was afraid,for I thoughtthat you would takeyour daughtersfrom me by force.
"You knowthat I have servedyour fatherwith allmy strength.
Now Jacobfledto the landof Aram,And Israelworkedfor a wife,And for a wifehe kept[sheep].
