So he cutout twostonetabletslike the formerones,and Mosesroseup earlyin the morningand wentup to MountSinai,as the LORDhad commandedhim, and he tooktwostonetabletsin his hand.
The LORDcamedownon MountSinai,to the topof the mountain;and the LORDcalledMosesto the topof the mountain,and Moseswentup.
Moseswentup to God,and the LORDcalledto him from the mountain,saying,"Thusyou shall sayto the houseof Jacoband tellthe sonsof Israel:
The tabletswere God'swork,and the writingwas God'swritingengravedon the tablets.
Now the LORDsaidto Moses,"Cutout for yourself twostonetabletslike the formerones,and I will writeon the tabletsthe wordsthat were on the formertabletswhichyou shattered.
"At that timethe LORDsaidto me, 'Cutout for yourself twotabletsof stonelike the formerones,and comeup to Me on the mountain,and makean arkof woodfor yourself.
"So I madean arkof acaciawoodand cutout twotabletsof stonelike the formerones,and wentup on the mountainwith the twotabletsin my hand.
