"As a jewelerengravesa signet,you shall engravethe twostonesaccordingto the namesof the sonsof Israel;you shall setthem in filigree[settings] of gold.
"That with an ironstylusand leadThey were engravedin the rockforever!
sixof their nameson the onestoneand the namesof the remainingsixon the otherstone,according to their birth.
"You shall putthe twostoneson the shoulderpieces of the ephod,[as] stonesof memorialfor the sonsof Israel,and Aaronshall beartheir namesbeforethe LORDon his twoshouldersfor a memorial.
"The stonesshall be accordingto the namesof the sonsof Israel:twelve,accordingto their names;they shall be [like] the engravingsof a seal,eachaccordingto his namefor the twelvetribes.
"You shall putthe [other] twoendsof the twocordson the twofiligree[settings], and putthem on the shoulderpieces of the ephod,at the frontof it.
"You shall also makea plateof puregoldand shall engraveon it, like the engravingsof a seal,Holyto the LORD.'
and the fourthrow,a beryl,an onyx,and a jasper.They were setin goldfiligree[settings] when they were mounted.
They putthe [other] twoendsof the twocordson the twofiligree[settings], and putthem on the shoulderpieces of the ephodat the frontof it.
They madethe onyxstones,setin goldfiligree[settings]; they were engraved[like] the engravingsof a signet,accordingto the namesof the sonsof Israel.
"As I live,"declaresthe LORD,"eventhoughConiahthe sonof Jehoiakimkingof Judahwere a signet[ring] on My righthand,yetI would pullyou off;
For behold,the stonethat I have setbeforeJoshua;on onestoneare seveneyes.Behold,I will engravean inscriptionon it,' declaresthe LORDof hosts,and I will removethe iniquityof that landin oneday.
In Him, you also,after listeningto the messageof truth,the gospelof your salvation--having alsobelieved,you were sealedin Him with the HolySpiritof promise,

And I sawanotherangelascendingfrom the risingof the sun,havingthe sealof the livingGod;and he criedout with a loudvoiceto the fourangelsto whomit was grantedto harmthe earthand the sea,
