For by graceyou have been savedthroughfaith;and that not of yourselves,[it is] the giftof God;
And Jesussaidto him, "Blessedare you, SimonBarjona,becausefleshand blooddid not reveal[this] to you, but My Fatherwhois in heaven.
"Whenthose[hired] aboutthe eleventhhourcame,each onereceiveda denarius.
"He who has believedand has been baptizedshall be saved;but he who has disbelievedshall be condemned.
And He saidto the woman,"Your faithhas savedyou; goin peace."
"He who believesin the Sonhaseternallife;but he who does not obeythe Sonwill not seelife,but the wrathof Godabideson him."
Jesusansweredand saidto her, "Ifyou knewthe giftof God,and whoit is who saysto you, 'GiveMe a drink,'you would have askedHim, and He would have givenyou livingwater."
"Truly,truly,I sayto you, he who hearsMy word,and believesHim who sentMe, haseternallife,and does not comeinto judgment,but has passedout of deathinto life.
Jesussaidto them, "I amthe breadof life;he who comesto Me will not hunger,and he who believesin Me will neverthirst.
"Allthat the FathergivesMe will cometo Me, and the one who comesto Me I will certainlynot castout.
"For thisis the willof My Father,that everyonewho beholdsthe Sonand believesin Him will haveeternallife,and I Myselfwill raisehim up on the lastday."
"No onecancometo Me unlessthe Fatherwho sentMe drawshim; and I will raisehim up on the lastday.
And He was saying,"For thisreasonI have saidto you, that no onecancometo Me unlessit has beengrantedhim from the Father."
and throughHim everyonewho believesis freedfrom all things,from whichyou couldnot be freedthroughthe Lawof Moses.
When they had arrivedand gatheredthe churchtogether,they [began] to reportall thingsthat Godhad donewith them and howHe had openeda doorof faithto the Gentiles.
"But we believethat we are savedthroughthe graceof the LordJesus,in the samewayas they alsoare."
A womannamedLydia,from the cityof Thyatira,a seller of purple fabrics,a worshiperof God,was listening;and the Lordopenedher heartto respondto the things spokenby Paul.
They said,"Believein the LordJesus,and you will be saved,you and your household."
Howthenwill they callon Him in whomthey have not believed?Howwill they believein Him whomthey have not heard?And howwill they hearwithouta preacher?
Sofaith[comes] from hearing,and hearingby the wordof Christ.
For thisreason[it is] by faith,in orderthat [it may be] in accordancewith grace,sothat the promisewill be guaranteedto allthe descendants,not onlyto thosewho are of the Law,but alsoto thosewho are of the faithof Abraham,whois the fatherof us all,
But to the one who does not work,but believesin Him who justifiesthe ungodly,his faithis creditedas righteousness,
So thenit [does] not [depend] on the man who willsorthe man who runs,but on Godwho has mercy.
in orderthat in ChristJesusthe blessingof Abrahammight cometo the Gentiles,sothat we would receivethe promiseof the Spiritthroughfaith.
But the Scripturehas shutup everyoneundersin,sothat the promiseby faithin JesusChristmight be givento thosewho believe.
and whatis the surpassinggreatnessof His powertowardus who believe.[These are] in accordancewith the workingof the strengthof His might
For we are His workmanship,createdin ChristJesusfor goodworks,whichGodprepared beforehandsothat we would walkin them.
evenwhen we were deadin our transgressions,made us alive togetherwith Christ(by graceyou have beensaved),
For to you it has been grantedfor Christ'ssake,not onlyto believein Him, but alsoto sufferfor His sake,
having been buriedwith Him in baptism,in whichyou were alsoraisedup with Him throughfaithin the workingof God,who raisedHim from the dead.
Thesewill paythe penaltyof eternaldestruction,awayfrom the presenceof the Lordand from the gloryof His power,
For in the case of thosewho have oncebeen enlightenedand have tastedof the heavenlygiftand have been madepartakersof the HolySpirit,
who are protectedby the powerof Godthroughfaithfor a salvationreadyto be revealedin the lasttime.
