Trainup a childin the wayhe should go, Evenwhenhe is oldhe will not departfrom it.
"Onlygiveheedto yourself and keepyour souldiligently,sothat you do not forgetthe thingswhichyour eyeshave seenand they do not departfrom your heartallthe daysof your life;but makethem knownto your sonsand your grandsons.
by drivingout allyour enemiesfrom beforeyou, as the LORDhas spoken.
then you shall sayto your son,'We were slavesto Pharaohin Egypt,and the LORDbroughtus from Egyptwith a mightyhand.
You shall teachthem diligentlyto your sonsand shall talkof them when you sitin your houseand when you walkby the wayand when you liedownand when you riseup.
