But on the night[immediately] following,the Lordstoodat his side and said,"Take courage;for as you have solemnly witnessedto My causeat Jerusalem,soyou mustwitnessat Romealso."
Are they not allministeringspirits,sentout to render servicefor the sakeof thosewho willinheritsalvation?
But the Lordstoodwith me and strengthenedme, sothat throughme the proclamationmight be fully accomplished,and that allthe Gentilesmight hear;and I was rescuedout of the lion'smouth.
But duringthe nightan angelof the Lordopenedthe gatesof the prison,and takingthem out he said,
For God,whomI servein my spiritin the [preaching of the] gospelof His Son,is my witness[as to] howunceasinglyI makementionof you,
And the Lordsaidto Paulin the nightby a vision,"Do not be afraid[any longer], but go on speakingand do not be silent;
whogaveHimselffor us to redeemus from everylawless deed,and to purifyfor Himselfa peoplefor His ownpossession,zealousfor gooddeeds.
But an angelof the Lordspoketo Philipsaying,"Getup and gosouthto the roadthat descendsfrom Jerusalemto Gaza."(Thisis a desert[road].)
"My GodsentHis angeland shutthe lions'mouthsand they have not harmedme, inasmuchas I was foundinnocentbeforeHim; and alsotowardyou, O king,I have committednocrime."
Thenthe kinggaveorders,and Danielwas broughtin and castinto the lions'den.The kingspokeand saidto Daniel,"Your Godwhomyou constantlyservewill Himselfdeliveryou."
"Rememberthesethings,O Jacob,And Israel,for you are My servant;I have formedyou, you are My servant,O Israel,you will not be forgottenby Me.
"I, Jesus,have sentMy angelto testifyto you these thingsfor the churches.I amthe rootand the descendantof David,the brightmorningstar."
Paul,a bond-servantof Godand an apostleof JesusChrist,for the faithof those chosenof Godand the knowledgeof the truthwhich is accordingto godliness,
The Lord'sbond-servantmustnot be quarrelsome,but be kindto all,able to teach,patient when wronged,

For you have been boughtwith a price:thereforeglorifyGodin your body.
But nowhaving been freedfrom sinand enslavedto God,you deriveyour benefit,resultingin sanctification,and the outcome,eternallife.

Following afterPauland us, she kept cryingout, saying,"Thesemenare bond-servantsof the Most HighGod,whoare proclaimingto you the wayof salvation."
And immediatelyan angelof the Lordstruckhim becausehe did not giveGodthe glory,and he was eaten by wormsand died.
"IfanyoneservesMe, he must followMe; and whereI am,thereMy servantwill be also;ifanyoneservesMe, the Fatherwill honorhim.
"They will be Mine," saysthe LORDof hosts,"on the daythat I prepare[My] own possession,and I will sparethem as a manspareshis own sonwho serveshim."
"And I will bringthe thirdpartthrough the fire,Refinethem as silveris refined,And testthem as goldis tested.They will callon My name,And I will answerthem; I will say,They are My people,'And they will say,'The LORDis my God.'"
When he had comenearthe dento Daniel,he criedout with a troubledvoice.The kingspokeand saidto Daniel,"Daniel,servantof the livingGod,has your God,whomyou constantlyserve,beenableto deliveryou from the lions?"
Nebuchadnezzarrespondedand said,"Blessedbe the Godof Shadrach,Meshachand Abed-nego,whohas sentHis angeland deliveredHis servantswhoputtheir trustin Him, violatingthe king'scommand,and yieldedup their bodiessoas not to serveor worshipanygodexcepttheir own God.
ThenNebuchadnezzarcamenearto the doorof the furnaceof blazingfire;he respondedand said,"Shadrach,Meshachand Abed-nego,comeout, you servantsof the MostHighGod,and comehere!"ThenShadrach,Meshachand Abed-negocameout of the midstof the fire.
"Ifit be [so], our Godwhomwe serveis ableto deliverus from the furnaceof blazingfire;and He will deliverus out of your hand,O king.
"Like the flockfor sacrifices,like the flockat Jerusalemduring her appointedfeasts,sowill the wastecitiesbe filledwith flocksof men.Then they will knowthat I am the LORD."'"
"They shall be My people,and I will be their God;
"But thisis the covenantwhichI will makewith the houseof Israelafterthosedays,"declaresthe LORD,"I will putMy lawwithinthem and on their heartI will writeit; and I will be their God,and they shall be My people.
"Thisonewill say,'I am the LORD'S;And that onewill callon the nameof Jacob;And anotherwill write[on] his hand,'Belonging to the LORD,'And will nameIsrael'snamewith honor.
"I am my beloved'sand my belovedis mine, He who pastures[his flock] among the lilies."
"My belovedis mine, and I am his; He pastures[his flock] among the lilies.
And in Your lovingkindness,cutoffmy enemiesAnd destroyallthose who afflictmy soul,For I am Your servant.
For the LORDhas chosenJacobfor Himself, Israelfor His own possession.
OLORD,surelyI am Your servant,I am Your servant,the sonof Your handmaid,You have loosedmy bonds.
"For the LORD'Sportionis His people;Jacobis the allotmentof His inheritance.
Nowthen, ifyou will indeedobeyMy voiceand keepMy covenant,then you shall be My own possessionamongallthe peoples,for allthe earthis Mine;
