"Howthen can a manbe justwith God?Or howcan he be cleanwho is bornof woman?
"ThoughI am righteous,my mouthwill condemnme; Though I am guiltless,He will declareme guilty.
And do not enterinto judgmentwith Your servant,For in Your sightnomanlivingis righteous.
As a resultof the anguishof His soul,He will see[it and] be satisfied;By His knowledgethe RighteousOne,My Servant,will justifythe many,As He will beartheir iniquities.
not like the covenantwhichI madewith their fathersin the dayI tookthem by the handto bringthem out of the landof Egypt,My covenantwhichthey broke,although I was a husbandto them," declaresthe LORD.
"Behold,as for the proudone, His soulis not rightwithin him; But the righteouswill liveby his faith.
And a lawyerstoodup and put Him to the test,saying,"Teacher,whatshall I doto inheriteternallife?"
And He saidto him, "You have answeredcorrectly;DOTHISAND YOU WILL LIVE."
"I tellyou, this manwentto his housejustifiedrather thanthe other;for everyonewho exaltshimselfwill be humbled,but he who humbleshimselfwill be exalted."
For the Lawwas giventhroughMoses;graceand truthwere realizedthroughJesusChrist.
"Truly,truly,I sayto you, he who hearsMy word,and believesHim who sentMe, haseternallife,and does not comeinto judgment,but has passedout of deathinto life.
"Of Him allthe prophetsbear witnessthat throughHis nameeveryonewho believesin Him receivesforgivenessof sins."
for with the hearta person believes,resultingin righteousness,and with the mouthhe confesses,resultingin salvation.
For Christis the endof the lawfor righteousnessto everyonewho believes.
Nowwe knowthat whateverthe Lawsays,it speaksto thosewho are underthe Law,sothat everymouthmay be closedand allthe worldmay becomeaccountableto God;
becauseby the worksof the Lawnofleshwill be justifiedin His sight;for throughthe Law[comes] the knowledgeof sin.
for the Lawbrings aboutwrath,but wherethere is nolaw,there also is noviolation.
but for our sakealso,to whomit willbe credited,as thosewho believein Him who raisedJesusour Lordfrom the dead,
Therefore,having been justifiedby faith,we havepeacewith Godthroughour LordJesusChrist,
The Lawcamein sothat the transgressionwould increase;but wheresinincreased,graceabounded all the more,
Muchmorethen,having nowbeen justifiedby His blood,we shall be savedfrom the wrath[of God] throughHim.
Thereforethere is nownocondemnationfor thosewho are in ChristJesus.
For whatthe Lawcouldnot do, weakas it was throughthe flesh,God[did]: sendingHis ownSonin the likenessof sinfulfleshand [as an offering] for sin,He condemnedsinin the flesh,
but Israel,pursuinga lawof righteousness,did not arriveat [that] law.
Suchwere someof you; but you were washed,but you were sanctified,but you were justifiedin the nameof the LordJesusChristand in the Spiritof our God.
neverthelessknowingthat a manis not justifiedby the worksof the Lawbut throughfaithin ChristJesus,evenwe have believedin ChristJesus,sothat we may be justifiedby faithin Christand not by the worksof the Law;sinceby the worksof the Lawnofleshwill be justified.
"For throughthe LawI diedto the Law,sothat I might liveto God.
The Scripture,foreseeingthat Godwould justifythe Gentilesby faith,preached the gospel beforehandto Abraham,[saying], "ALLTHE NATIONSWILL BE BLESSEDIN YOU."
And I testifyagainto everymanwho receives circumcision,that he is under obligationto keepthe wholeLaw.
Everyprieststandsdailyministeringand offeringtime after timethe samesacrifices,whichcannevertake awaysins;
For it is impossiblefor the bloodof bullsand goatsto take awaysins.
(for the Lawmadenothingperfect),and on the other handthere is a bringingin of a betterhope,throughwhichwe draw nearto God.
