For when He receivedhonorand gloryfrom Godthe Father,suchan utteranceas this was madeto Him by the MajesticGlory,"Thisis My belovedSonwith whomI am well-pleased"--
"Behold,My Servant,whom I uphold;My chosenone [in whom] My souldelights.I have putMy Spiritupon Him; He will bringforthjusticeto the nations.
But the LORDwas pleasedTo crushHim, putting[Him] to grief;IfHe would renderHimself[as] a guiltoffering,He will see[His] offspring,He will prolong[His] days,And the goodpleasureof the LORDwill prosperin His hand.
"BEHOLD,MY SERVANTWHOMI HAVE CHOSEN;MY BELOVEDIN WHOMMY SOULis WELL-PLEASED;I WILL PUTMY SPIRITUPON HIM, AND HE SHALL PROCLAIMJUSTICETO THE GENTILES.
And behold,Mosesand Elijahappearedto them, talkingwith Him.
While he was stillspeaking,a brightcloudovershadowedthem, and behold,a voiceout of the cloudsaid,"Thisis My belovedSon,with whomI am well-pleased;listento Him!"
"Gothereforeand make disciplesof allthe nations,baptizingthem in the nameof the Fatherand the Sonand the HolySpirit,
and behold,a voiceout of the heavenssaid,"Thisis My belovedSon,in whomI am well-pleased."
and a voicecameout of the heavens:"You are My belovedSon,in You I am well-pleased."
Thena cloudformed,overshadowingthem, and a voicecameout of the cloud,"Thisis My belovedSon,listento Him!"
"All thingshave been handed overto Me by My Father,and no oneknowswhothe Sonis exceptthe Father,and whothe Fatheris exceptthe Son,and anyone to whomthe Sonwillsto reveal[Him]."
and the HolySpiritdescendedupon Him in bodilyformlikea dove,and a voicecameout of heaven,"You are My belovedSon,in You I am well-pleased."
evenas the FatherknowsMe and I knowthe Father;and I lay downMy lifefor the sheep.
do you sayof Him, whomthe Fathersanctifiedand sentinto the world,'You are blaspheming,'becauseI said,I amthe Sonof God'?
"BelieveMe that I am in the Fatherand the Fatheris in Me; otherwisebelievebecauseof the worksthemselves.
Jesussaidto him, "I amthe way,and the truth,and the life;no onecomesto the Fatherbut throughMe.
that they may allbe one;evenas You, Father,[are] in Me and I in You, that they alsomay be in Us, sothat the worldmay believethat You sentMe.
Jesussaidto her, "Stopclingingto Me, for I have not yetascendedto the Father;but goto My brethrenand sayto them, 'I ascendto My Fatherand your Father,and My Godand your God.'"
"The Fatherlovesthe Sonand has givenall thingsinto His hand.
"For the Fatherlovesthe Son,and showsHim all thingsthat He Himselfis doing;and [the Father] will showHim greaterworksthan these,sothat you will marvel.
"For justas the Fatherhaslifein Himself,evensoHe gaveto the Sonalsoto havelifein Himself;
"Do not workfor the foodwhich perishes,but for the foodwhich enduresto eternallife,whichthe Sonof Manwill giveto you, for on Him the Father,God,has set His seal."
"Allthat the FathergivesMe will cometo Me, and the one who comesto Me I will certainlynot castout.
"Thisis the willof Him who sentMe, that of allthat He has givenMe I losenothing,but raiseit up on the lastday.
sothat with one accordyou may with onevoiceglorifythe Godand Fatherof our LordJesusChrist.
Blessed[be] the Godand Fatherof our LordJesusChrist,the Fatherof merciesand Godof allcomfort,
The Godand Fatherof the LordJesus,He who is blessedforever,knowsthat I am not lying.
And He is the radianceof His gloryand the exact representationof His nature,and upholdsall thingsby the wordof His power.When He had madepurificationof sins,He sat downat the right handof the Majestyon high,
Grace,mercy[and] peacewill be with us, from Godthe Fatherand from JesusChrist,the Sonof the Father,in truthand love.
