He saidto the one who[was] in chargeof the wardrobe,"Bringout garmentsfor allthe worshipersof Baal."So he broughtout garmentsfor them.
Then they wentin to offersacrificesand burntofferings.Now Jehuhad stationedfor himself eightymenoutside,and he had said,"The onewhopermits anyof the menwhomI bringinto your handsto escapeshall give up his lifein exchange."
But they said,"We will not drinkwine,for Jonadabthe sonof Rechab,our father,commandedus, saying,You shall not drinkwine,you or your sons,forever.
Allowbothto grow togetheruntilthe harvest;and in the timeof the harvestI will sayto the reapers,"Firstgatherup the taresand bindthem in bundlesto burnthem up; but gatherthe wheatinto my barn."'"
