We are not againcommendingourselvesto you but [are] givingyou an occasionto be proudof us, sothat you will have[an answer] for thosewho take pridein appearanceand not in heart.
"Trulythenyou are the people,And with you wisdomwill die!
Let sucha personconsiderthis,that whatwe are in wordby letterswhen absent,such persons[we are] alsoin deedwhen present.
