In the twenty-sixthyearof Asakingof Judah,Elahthe sonof BaashabecamekingoverIsraelat Tirzah,[and reigned] two years.
By the transgressionof a landmanyare its princes,But by a manof understanding[and] knowledge,soit endures.
"So I will inciteEgyptiansagainst Egyptians;And they will eachfightagainst his brotherand eachagainst his neighbor,Cityagainst city[and] kingdomagainst kingdom.
