and everyspiritthat does not confessJesusis not from God;thisis the [spirit] of the antichrist,of whichyou have heardthat it is coming,and nowit is alreadyin the world.
Whoeverbelievesthat Jesusis the Christis bornof God,and whoeverlovesthe Fatherlovesthe [child] bornof Him.
For manydeceivershave goneout into the world,thosewho do not acknowledgeJesusChrist[as] comingin the flesh.Thisis the deceiverand the antichrist.
For certainpersonshave crept in unnoticed,thosewho were longbeforehand markedout for thiscondemnation,ungodly personswho turnthe graceof our Godinto licentiousnessand denyour onlyMasterand Lord,JesusChrist.
Behold,I will cause[those] of the synagogueof Satan,who saythat they are Jewsand are not, but lie--I will makethem comeand bow downat your feet,and [make them] knowthat I have lovedyou.
