For manydeceivershave goneout into the world,thosewho do not acknowledgeJesusChrist[as] comingin the flesh.Thisis the deceiverand the antichrist.
and everyspiritthat does not confessJesusis not from God;thisis the [spirit] of the antichrist,of whichyou have heardthat it is coming,and nowit is alreadyin the world.
Children,it is the lasthour;and justas you heardthat antichristis coming,evennowmanyantichristshave appeared;from thiswe knowthat it is the lasthour.
For certainpersonshave crept in unnoticed,thosewho were longbeforehand markedout for thiscondemnation,ungodly personswho turnthe graceof our Godinto licentiousnessand denyour onlyMasterand Lord,JesusChrist.

Whoeverdeniesthe Sondoes not havethe Father;the one who confessesthe Sonhasthe Fatheralso.
Ifwe saythat we havefellowshipwith Him and [yet] walkin the darkness,we lieand do not practicethe truth;
The one who says,"I have come to knowHim," and does not keepHis commandments,is a liar,and the truthis not in him;
"You are of [your] fatherthe devil,and you wantto dothe desiresof your father.He was a murdererfrom the beginning,and does not standin the truthbecausethere is notruthin him. Wheneverhe speaksa lie,he speaksfrom his own[nature], for he is a liarand the fatherof lies.
Behold,I will cause[those] of the synagogueof Satan,who saythat they are Jewsand are not, but lie--I will makethem comeand bow downat your feet,and [make them] knowthat I have lovedyou.
