But ifyou marry,you have not sinned;and ifa virginmarries,she has not sinned.Yetsuchwill havetroublein thislife,and I am trying to spareyou.
and [his interests] are divided.The womanwho is unmarried,and the virgin,is concernedabout the things of the Lord,that she may be holybothin bodyand spirit;but one who is marriedis concernedabout the things of the world,howshe may pleaseher husband.
But in my opinionshe is happierifshe remainsas she is; and I thinkthat I alsohavethe Spiritof God.
But thisI sayby wayof concession,not of command.
WhatI am saying,I am not sayingas the Lordwould, but as in foolishness,in thisconfidenceof boasting.
For we are not likemany,peddlingthe wordof God,but as from sincerity,but as from God,we speakin Christin the sightof God.
