But if they do not obey, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge.

He does not believe in a return from darkness, but he is awaited by the sword.

He keeps back his soul from the Pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.

But the ungodly in heart heap up wrath; they cry not when He binds them.

Is not their tent cord plucked up within them? They die, but not with wisdom.

He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.

but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured with the sword; for the mouth of Jehovah has spoken.

Woe to the wicked! For the evil doing of his hand will be done to him.

And each one shall not press his brother; they each go in his paths. And if they fall behind their weapons, they shall not be cut off.

But if you shall still do wickedly, both you and your king, will be swept away.
