Then the Israelites cried out to the Lord, and the Lord raised up a deliverer in order to save the Israelites—Othniel son of Kenaz, the younger brother of Caleb.
Therefore You delivered them into the hand of their enemies, who afflicted them. When they cried to You in the time of their affliction, You heard from heaven, and, according to Your abundant mercy, You gave them deliverers who delivered them out of the hand of their enemies.
