‘I am clean, without transgression; I am innocent, nor is there iniquity in me.
If I have sinned, then You would watch me, and You would not acquit me from my iniquity.

“Do you think this is right, that you say, ‘My righteousness is before God’?

For He crushes me with a storm and multiplies my wounds without cause.
“Though I were perfect, I would not know myself; I would despise my life.
If the whip kills suddenly, He will laugh at the trial of the innocent.
I am afraid of all my sorrows; I know that You will not hold me innocent.
you say, “I am innocent; surely His anger shall turn away from me.” Behold, I will judge you, because you say, “I have not sinned.”
