Likewise he made pomegranates in two rows around the one latticework to cover the capital that was on the top of the pillar, and he did the same for the other capital.
The height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits, and a bronze capital was on it. The height of the capital was three cubits. Latticework and pomegranates, all of bronze, were on the capital all around. The second pillar with its latticework was like it.
There shall be a hole at the top of it, in the middle of it. Around its opening it shall have a binding of woven work, like the opening of a coat of mail, so that it will not be torn.
On that day “holy to the lord” will be engraved on the bells of the horses. And the pots in the house of the Lord will be as the basins before the altar.
