H3947And I, behold, I have taken[H8804] H3881the LevitesH8432from amongH1121the childrenH3478of IsraelH1060instead of all the firstbornH6363that openethH7358the matrixH1121among the childrenH3478of IsraelH3881: therefore the Levites shall be mine;
H6363But the firstlingH2543of an assH6299thou shalt redeem[H8799] H7716with a lambH6299: and if thou redeem[H8799] H6202him not, then shalt thou break his neck[H8804] H1060. All the firstbornH1121of thy sonsH6299thou shalt redeem[H8799] H7200. And none shall appear[H8735] H6440beforeH7387me empty.
