You will be smashed like a clay pot, broken into such tiny pieces that there won't be a big enough piece to pick up coals from a hearth or a little bit of water from a well.

Any nation or kingdom that does not serve you will be completely destroyed.

Those who are left of the people of Jacob shall be among many nations, in the center of many peoples. They will be like a lion among the wild animals of the forest, like a young lion among flocks of sheep, clawing and tearing as it passes through, with no one to come to the rescue.

Anyone who falls on this stone will be broken, but it will completely crush anyone it falls upon.”

She gave birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all nations with an iron rod. Her son was snatched up to God and his throne.

From his mouth came a sharp sword to strike the nations. He will rule them with an iron rod, and he himself treads the winepress of the All-powerful God's judgment.
