Leviticus 23:14

I am your God, and I forbid you to eat any new grain or anything made from it until you have brought these offerings. This law will never change.

You commanded them to respect your holy Sabbath, and you instructed your servant Moses to teach them your laws.

The LORD's instruction is right; it makes our hearts glad. His commands shine brightly, and they give us light.

You must also teach the people of Israel everything that I commanded Moses to say to them.

Freshly cut grain, either roasted or coarsely ground, must be used when you offer the first part of your grain harvest.

I command you and all your descendants to celebrate this festival during the seventh month of each year.

So you and your descendants must never eat any fat or any blood, not even in the privacy of your own homes. This law will never change.

Remember that you used to be slaves in Egypt, so obey these laws.
