You surely wouldn't let them be killed when you destroy the evil ones. You are the judge of all the earth, and you do what is right.”

So do your work in honour of him and know that he won't allow you to be unfair to anyone or to take bribes.

Why do you take such delight in destroying those you created and in smiling on sinners?

But God is the one at fault for finding fault with me.

Ezekiel, your people accuse me of being unfair. But they are the ones who are unfair.

But the Israelites still think I am unfair. So warn them that they will be punished for what they have done.

And when you finally punished us with this horrible disaster, that was also the right thing to do, because we deserved it so much.

But you are stubborn and refuse to turn to God. So you are making things even worse for yourselves on that day when he will show how angry he is and will judge the world with fairness.

The LORD is a mighty rock, and he never does wrong. God can always be trusted to bring justice.

and they were singing the song that his servant Moses and the Lamb had sung. They were singing, “Lord God All-Powerful, you have done great and marvellous things. You are the ruler of all nations, and you do what is right and fair.

After this, I heard the altar shout, “Yes, Lord God All-Powerful, your judgments are honest and fair.”
