And your sinful, scheming mind is the source of all you say.

And that is what God should do, because they don't like him or ever pray.

Job, if I were you, I would ask God for help.

My friends, I am desperate, and you should help me, even if I no longer respect God All-Powerful.

Do something, LORD! They have broken your Law.

They don't really pray to me; they just howl in their beds. They have rejected me for Baal and slashed themselves, in the hope that Baal will bless their crops.

Nothing will remain of anyone who has turned away and rejected me.

Jesus told his disciples a story about how they should keep on praying and never give up:

Do we destroy the Law by our faith? Not at all! We make it even more powerful.

I don't turn my back on God's undeserved kindness. If we can be acceptable to God by obeying the Law, it was useless for Christ to die.
