I will make rivers flow on mountain peaks. I will send streams to fill the valleys. Dry and barren land will flow with springs and become a lake.

You provide streams of water in the hills and valleys,

God even split open a rock, and streams of water gushed into the desert.

But the LORD can also turn deserts into lakes and scorched land into flowing streams.

Our LORD, we ask you to bless our people again, and let us be like streams in the Southern Desert.

A river and its streams bring joy to the city, which is the sacred home of God Most High.

With great joy, you people will get water from the well of victory.

On that day people will be slaughtered and towers destroyed, but streams of water will flow from high hills and towering mountains.

They will be a place of safety from stormy winds, a stream in the desert, and a rock that gives shade from the heat of the sun.

Our wonderful LORD will be with us! There will be deep rivers and wide streams safe from enemy ships.

Thirsty deserts will be glad; barren lands will celebrate and blossom with flowers.

I will bless the thirsty land by sending streams of water; I will bless your descendants by giving them my Spirit.

He led us through the desert and made water flow from a rock to satisfy our thirst.

The LORD will always guide you and provide good things to eat when you are in the desert. He will make you healthy. You will be like a garden that has plenty of water or like a stream that never runs dry.

I, the LORD God, will give food and drink to my servants, and they will celebrate. But all of you sinners will go hungry and thirsty, overcome with disgrace.

On that day, fruitful vineyards will cover the mountains. And your cattle and goats that graze on the hills will produce a lot of milk. Streams in Judah will never run dry; a stream from my house will flow in Acacia Valley.

In both summer and winter, life-giving streams will flow from Jerusalem, half of them to the Dead Sea in the east and half to the Mediterranean Sea in the west.

The angel showed me a river that was crystal clear, and its waters gave life. The river came from the throne where God and the Lamb were seated.

The Lamb in the centre of the throne will be their shepherd. He will lead them to streams of life-giving water, and God will wipe all tears from their eyes.”

Samson was tired and weary, but God sent water gushing from a rock. Samson drank some and felt strong again. Samson named the place Caller Spring, because he had called out to God for help. The spring is still there at Jawbone.
