The Lord will send rain to water the seeds you have planted—your fields will produce more crops than you need, and your cattle will graze in open pastures.

I saw seven fat, healthy cows come up out of the river, and they began feeding on the grass.

The seven good cows stand for seven years, and so do the seven good heads of grain.

For seven years there were big harvests of grain.

You give your guests a feast in your house, and you serve a tasty drink that flows like a river.

Pray for his blessings to continue and for everyone on earth to worship our God.

Then they will no longer rule your nation. All will go well for you, and your burden will be lifted.

You will have God's blessing, as you plant your crops beside streams, while your donkeys and cattle roam freely about.

The time is coming when the LORD will make his land fruitful and glorious again, and the people of Israel who survive will take great pride in what the land produces.

It will turn into a desert, neither pruned nor hoed; it will be covered with thorns and briars. I will command the clouds not to send rain.

The LORD will always guide you and provide good things to eat when you are in the desert. He will make you healthy. You will be like a garden that has plenty of water or like a stream that never runs dry.

My people will live in the houses they build; they will enjoy grapes from their own vineyards.

Idols can't send rain, and showers don't fall by themselves. Only you control the rain, so we put our trust in you, the LORD our God.

You are nothing more than a stubborn cow— so stubborn that I, the LORD, cannot feed you like lambs in an open pasture.

Your harvest of grain and grapes will be so abundant, that you won't know what to do with it all. You will eat and be satisfied, and you will live in safety.

I, the LORD, am the one who sends storm clouds and showers of rain to make fields produce. So when the crops need rain, you should pray to me.

I am the LORD All-Powerful, and I challenge you to put me to the test. Bring the entire ten per cent into the storehouse, so there will be food in my house. Then I will open the windows of heaven and flood you with blessing after blessing.

But for you who honour my name, victory will shine like the sun with healing in its rays, and you will jump around like calves at play.

But more than anything else, put God's work first and do what he wants. Then the other things will be yours as well.

he will send rain at the right seasons, so you will have more than enough food, wine, and olive oil, and there will be plenty of grass for your cattle.

As the saying goes, “Exercise is good for your body, but religion helps you in every way. It promises life now and for ever.” These words are worthwhile and should not be forgotten.
