I know you remember all the cruel things you did to my father David. Now the LORD is going to punish you for what you did.

Don't listen to everything that everyone says, or you might hear your servant cursing you.

I told myself that I would be clever and try to understand all of this, but it was too much for me.

Out of your heart come evil thoughts, murder, unfaithfulness in marriage, vulgar deeds, stealing, telling lies, and insulting others.

My dear friends, with our tongues we speak both praises and curses. We praise our Lord and Father, and we curse people who were created to be
