Then Elisha said, “Send for someone who can play the harp.” The harpist began playing, and the LORD gave Elisha this message for Joram:

While the sacred chest was being carried into Jerusalem, everyone was celebrating by shouting and playing music on horns, trumpets, cymbals, harps, and other stringed instruments.

I enjoy praising your name to the music of harps,

No more of your noisy songs! I won't listen when you play your harps.

You sing foolish songs to the music of harps, and you make up new tunes, just as David used to do.
