Jeremiah 16:1

THE WORD of the Lord came also to me, saying,

To whom the word of the Lord came in the days of Josiah son of Amon king of Judah in the thirteenth year of his reign.

Then the word of the Lord came to me [Jeremiah], saying,

And I will deliver you out of the hands of the wicked, and I will redeem you out of the palms of the terrible and ruthless tyrants.

You shall not take a wife or have sons and daughters in this place [Jerusalem].

AND THE word of the Lord came to me [Jeremiah], saying,
