Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to people producing its fruits.


For to the one who has, more shall be given, and he shall have an abundance. But from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away.


“What then will the master of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the tenants and give the vineyard to others.


but only one thing is necessary. For Miriam has chosen the good part, which will not be taken away from her.”


But the one who did not know and did things worthy of a beating will be whipped lightly. From everyone given much, much will be required; and from the one for whom more is provided, all the more they will ask of him.


So he called the manager and said to him, ‘What’s this I hear about you? Give an accounting of your management, because you cannot be manager any longer.’

For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when He comes in His glory and the glory of the Father and the holy angels.


But He gives greater grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”


Remember then from where you have fallen. Repent and do the deeds you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your menorah from its place—unless you repent.
