The spirit of man is the lamp of Adonai, searching all his inmost being.


For the mitzvah is a lamp, Torah a light, and corrective discipline the way of life,


I will bring the blind by a way they do not know. in paths they have not known, I will guide them. I will turn darkness before them to light and the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do, and I will not forsake them.


To Torah and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because they have no light.


So let us know, let us strive to know Adonai. Like dawn His going forth is certain. He will come to us like the rain, like the latter rain watering the earth.


Then He said to them, “Therefore every Torah scholar discipled for the kingdom of heaven is like the master of a household who brings out of his treasure both new things and old.”


Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a basket. Instead, they put it on a lampstand so it gives light to all in the house.


Therefore, watch out that the light in you is not darkness.


As He spoke, a Pharisee asked Yeshua to eat with him, so He entered and sat down.


For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Messiah.


As a result, we are no longer to be like children, tossed around by the waves and blown all over by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of men with cunning in deceitful scheming.


Let the word of Messiah dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another with all wisdom in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with gratitude in your hearts to God.


But solid food is for the mature, who through practice have their senses trained to discern both good and evil.


But the one who looks intently into the perfect Torah, the Torah that gives freedom, and continues in it, not becoming a hearer who forgets but a doer who acts—he shall be blessed in what he does.


Instead, keep growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Yeshua the Messiah. To Him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity! Amen.
