Ěl Elohim יהוה shall speak, And He shall call the earth From the rising of the sun to its going down.


“Hear, O My people, and I speak, O Yisra’ĕl, and I witness against you: I am Elohim, your Elohim!


Against You, You alone, have I sinned, And done evil in Your eyes; That You might be proven right in Your words; Be clear when You judge.


O Elohim, why do You forever reject us? Why does Your displeasure smoke Against the sheep of Your pasture?


Incline your ear and hear the words of the wise, And apply your heart to my knowledge;

“Hear, O sovereigns! Give ear, O princes! I, I do sing to יהוה; I sing praise to יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl.
