“Let more work be laid on the men, so that they labour in it, and not pay attention to words of falsehood.”


that our fathers went down to Mitsrayim, and we dwelt in Mitsrayim a long time, and the Mitsrites did evil to us and our fathers.


‘Then we cried out to יהוה  Elohim of our fathers, and יהוה  heard our voice and saw our affliction and our toil and our oppression.


“But יהוה  has taken you and brought you out of the iron furnace, out of Mitsrayim, to be His people, an inheritance, as it is today.
