While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.


Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if thou hast understanding.


To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: For his mercy endureth for ever.


By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; And all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.


The north and the south thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.


The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; The LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: The world also is stablished, That it cannot be moved.


In his hand are the deep places of the earth: The strength of the hills is his also.


Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: The world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: He shall judge the people righteously.


Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?
