“I honor you, O Great Father, Maker of earth and sky,” he prayed, “for you have hidden these things from the ones who are wise in their own eyes but have shown them to the humble of heart.


Creator’s blessing and goodwill rest on the one who does not stumble and leave the path because of me.”


“But Creator’s blessing rests on you, for you have eyes to see and ears to hear.


“Let the little children come to me!” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) said to his followers. “Do not turn them away. Creator’s good road from above belongs to the ones who are like these children.”


A great blessing will come to that uncle when the elder returns and finds him doing so.


“Then the Chief will say to the sheep on his right, ‘The blessing of my Father rests upon you. Come into the Land of Creator’s good road that has been prepared for you from the beginning of the world.


“It is time to return to the right ways of thinking. Creator’s good road from above is close. It is time to begin walking it.”


Then he said, “Listen closely, for I tell you that this man is only one of many who will come from the four directions to sit in a great lodge and feast with our ancestors. They will sit down with Father of Many Nations (Abraham), He Made Us Laugh (Isaac), and Heel Grabber (Jacob) in the Land of Creator’s good road from above.


When Creator Sets Free (Jesus) saw what his followers were doing, it made him angry, so he said to them, “Let the little children come to me! Do not turn them away. Creator’s good road belongs to the ones who are like these children.


he answered her, “but a greater blessing belongs to the ones who listen to the words of the Great Spirit and walk in his ways.”


“Can you not see?” Creator Sets Free (Jesus) said. “The tribal tax collector returned home in good standing with Creator, but the Separated One (Pharisee) did not! The ones who think too highly of themselves will be brought down low. The ones who humble themselves will be lifted up.”


My Father has made me the Chief of the good road. As Chief, I give you the right to walk this road with me


and share my table. There you will sit in twelve council seats and decide all things for the tribes of Wrestles with Creator (Israel).” The Passover meal was coming to an end. It was time to close the ceremony and face the dark night ahead. Turning to Stands on the Rock (Peter), Creator Sets Free (Jesus) spoke to him using his family name.


“The Spirit of Creator has come to rest on me. He has chosen me to tell the good story to the ones who are poor. He has sent me to mend broken hearts, to tell prisoners they have been set free, to make the blind see again, and to lift up the ones who have been pushed down—


“Now you believe, because you have seen me?” he said to him. “A greater blessing will rest on the ones who have not seen but still believe.”


And the ones who have much should take joy in knowing that they will be humbled because they will fade away like a wildflower in the grass.


Creator’s blessing rests on the ones who stand firm under testing, for once they have passed the test, they will receive the headdress of life that has been promised to those who love the Great Spirit.


Hear me, my much-loved sacred family members! Did not the Great Spirit choose the ones the world looks down on as poor to be rich in trusting and sharers together in the good road that Creator has promised to those who love him?


Then the spirit-messenger said to me, “Write this down, ‘Creator’s blessing rests on the ones who are invited to the marriage feast of the Lamb.’ These words are true,” he said with firm words, “for they come from the mouth of the Great Spirit.”


“Creator’s blessing rests on the ones who have washed their regalia. This gives them the right to eat from the life-giving tree and to enter through the gates into the sacred village.


The reason for this is that you say, ‘I have acquired great possessions, more than I could ever need.’ But you cannot see that you are to be pitied, for spiritually you are full of misery—poor and blind and naked.
