And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.'


Then He began to reproach the cities in which His very many miracles had been done, because they did not repent:


The men of Nineveh shall stand up in the judgment with this generation and shall condemn it, because they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and behold, a greater[ than] Jonah [is] here.


He answered and said to them, "To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.


Another parable He set before them, saying: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man sowing good seed in his field.

"For [it is ]as[ if] a man leaving on a journey, who called his own servants and handed over his possessions to them.


From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."


And Jesus went about all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every illness among the people.


Blessed [are] those who have been persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.


"Blessed [are] the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.


Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as [it is ]in heaven.


But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.


and saying, "The time has been fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel."


John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.


And when they went out, they were preaching that [people] should repent.


And he will turn many of the sons of Israel to the Lord their God.


But if I cast out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.


Not at all, I tell you; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.

Just so, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."


I say to you that likewise [there] shall be more joy in heaven over one sinner repenting than over ninety-nine righteous who need no repentance.

So you also, when you see these things coming to pass, know that the kingdom of God is near.


and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.


Then He lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said: "Blessed [are] you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.


And He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.


And hearing these things, they remained silent, and [they] glorified God, saying, "Then God has also granted even to the Gentiles repentance unto life."


So then these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now He commands all men everywhere to repent,


Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.


solemnly bearing witness to both Jews and to Greeks, the repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus.


but to those first in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and to the Gentiles, proclaiming that they must repent and turn to God, and do works worthy of repentance.


Repent therefore and turn back, that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,


For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, without regret; but worldly sorrow produces death.


He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,


in meekness instructing those that oppose, if God perhaps may give them repentance, to a full knowledge of the truth,


Therefore, leaving the subject of the beginning of Christ, let us be moved to perfection, not again laying down a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,


The Lord does not delay concerning His promise, as some reckon slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.


And I gave her time so that she might repent, and she does not wish to repent of her fornication.


Remember therefore from where you have fallen, and repent and do the first works; but if not, I am coming to you quickly and I will remove your lampstand out of its place, unless you repent.
