"Because of this I say to you, do not worry [about ]your life-what you shall eat, or what you shall drink-nor [about] your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food and the body [more than] clothing?


Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark shall be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in behind closed doors shall be proclaimed on the housetops.


And when they could not find how they might bring him in, because of the crowd, going up on the roof, they lowered him down with his bed through the tiles into the midst in front of Jesus.


Now on the next day, as they were traveling and drawing near to the city, Peter went up on the housetop to pray, [at ]about the sixth hour.
