So He commanded the crowds to recline on the ground.


Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, "Take this and divide it among yourselves;


And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me."


Now it came to pass, as He was reclining [to eat] with them, having taken bread, He blessed and broke it, and He gave [it] to them.


And Jesus took the loaves, and having given thanks He distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were reclining; and likewise of the fish, as much as they wished.


however, other boats came from Tiberias, near the place where they ate bread after the Lord had given thanks-


And having said these things and having taken bread, he gave thanks to God in the presence of all, and having broken it, he began to eat.


He that regards the day, regards it to the Lord; and he that does not regard the day, to the Lord he does not regard it. And he that eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he that does not eat, to the Lord he does not eat, and he gives thanks to God.


Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.


Otherwise, if you bless with the spirit, how will he who occupies the place of the uninformed say "Amen"when you give thanks, since he does not know what you are saying?
