Therefore Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you! Just as the Father has sent Me, I also send you."


But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."


For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ did not work out through me, in word and deed, for the obedience of [the] Gentiles-


God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,


how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which in the beginning was spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard,
