When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who were following, "Assuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel!


Then they were all amazed, so that they were disputing among themselves, saying, "What is this? What new doctrine is this, that He commands even the unclean spirits with authority, and they obey Him?"


And immediately he arose, and taking his bed, he went out before [them] all, so that all were amazed and glorified God, saying, "We never saw [anything] like this!"


And having awakened He rebuked the wind, and He said to the sea, "Peace, be still."And the wind abated and there was a great calm.


And they feared exceedingly, and were saying to one another, "Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!"


And immediately the little girl arose and was walking about, for she was twelve years old. And they were overcome with great amazement.


And they went away to a deserted place in the boat privately.


And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak."


Then they were willing to receive Him into the boat, and immediately the boat arrived at the land to which they were going.
