And when they came to Jesus, they begged Him earnestly, saying he was worthy for whom He should grant this,


for he loves our nation, and he himself has built us a synagogue."


Therefore I did not even consider myself worthy to come to You. But [just] say the word, and my servant shall be healed.


While He was still speaking, someone came from the ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, "Your daughter has died. Do not trouble the Teacher."


Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all those who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with Him.


Be humbled before the Lord, and He will exalt you.


But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
