But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Have courage! [It is] I AM; do not fear."


Then the mother of Zebedee's sons came to Him with her sons, worshipping [Him,] and asking something from Him.


Then He said to them, "Come after Me, and I will make you fishers of men."


And having gone forth from there, He saw two other brothers, James the [son] of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets. And He called them.


Then Jesus said to them, "Come after Me, and I will make you become fishers of men."


So they beckoned to their partners who were in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they were sinking.


For astonishment gripped him and all who were with him at the haul of fish which they had taken.


[He chose ]Simon, whom He also named Peter, and Andrew his brother; James and John; Philip and Bartholomew;


Simon Peter, Thomas called the Twin, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the [sons] of Zebedee, and two others of His disciples were together.


And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak in different languages, as the Spirit gave them utterance.


If [anyone inquires ]about Titus, [he is] my partner and fellow worker concerning you; or if our brothers [are inquired about], [they are] messengers of the churches, the glory of Christ.


and they regain their senses [and escape] out of the snare of the devil, having been captured alive by him to do his will.
