Then he said, 'Therefore I beseech you, father, that you would send him to my father's house,

And having appointed for him a day, many came to him at his house, to whom he was explaining and solemnly testifying to the kingdom of God, and persuading them of the things concerning Jesus from both the Law of Moses and from the Prophets, from morning till evening.


Then solemnly bearing witness to and speaking the word of the Lord, they returned to Jerusalem, and preached the gospel in many Samaritan villages.


And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a obligated to keep the whole law.


This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,


as indeed you know how each one of you, as a father [to] his own children, we exhorted, and comforted [you], and imploring you,


that no one should transgress against and to defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger concerning all, just as we told you before and solemnly testified.
