So you also, whenever you see all these things, know that it is near-at the doors!


So also you, when you see these things coming to pass, know that it is near-at the doors!


Therefore Herodias held a grudge against him and was desiring to kill him, but she was not able;


Now all these things happened to those [people] as examples, and they were written for our instruction, to whom the ends of the ages have come.


So then judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who also will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make clear the purposes of the hearts. Then each one's praise shall come from God.


Let each [one give] just as he decides in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.


For all the law is fulfilled in one word, in [this]: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."


Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.


Do not speak evil of one another, brothers. He who speaks evil against a brother and judges his brother speaks against the law and judges the law. And if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.


There is one Lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you who judges the other?


My brothers, take the prophets, who spoke in the name of the Lord, as an example of evil suffering and of longsuffering.


Therefore be patient, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer awaits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient for it, until it receives the early and late rain.


They will render an account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.


Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.


Behold, I stand at the door and I am knocking. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him and I will dine with him, and he with Me.
