Then He began to reproach the cities in which His very many miracles had been done, because they did not repent:


Afterwards He appeared to the eleven as they were reclining at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who saw Him after He had been raised.


And whatever you may ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.


If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what ever you may desire, and it shall be done for you.


Jesus answered and said to her, "If you had known the gift of God, and who it is that says to you, 'Give Me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He would have given to you living water."


To some we are the fragrance of death [leading] to death, but to others the fragrance of life [leading] to life. And who is sufficient for these things?


Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.


But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.


Confess your transgressions to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of the righteous is very powerful.


And whatever we should ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and we do the things pleasing before Him.
