So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were sharing food with joy and simplicity of heart,


For Paul had decided to sail past Ephesus, in order that it might not happen to him to spend time in Asia; for he was hurrying, if it was possible for him to be in Jerusalem [on] the Day of Pentecost.


So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one mind and said: "Lord, You are God, who made heaven and the earth and the sea, and all that is in them,


And when they had prayed, the place where they were gathered was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.


Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things belonging to him was his own, but they had all things in common.


Now by the hands of the apostles, many signs and wonders took place among the people. And they were all with one mind in Solomon's Porch.


so that you may with one accord and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.


But I will remain in Ephesus until Pentecost.


Only conduct yourselves worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one soul striving together for the faith of the gospel,


fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being united in spirit, intending the same purpose,
