So then, as we have opportunity, let us work what is good toward all, but especially toward those who are of the household of faith.


always in every prayer of mine in behalf of you all, with joy,


on account of the truth which abides in us and will be with us forever:


I rejoiced greatly that I have found some of your children walking in truth, just as we received commandment from the Father.


On account of this, if I come, I will call to mind his works which he does, slandering us with evil words. And not being content with that, he does not receive the brothers, and hinders those who desire to, casting them out of the church.


Beloved, concerning all things I pray you to prosper and to be healthy, just as your soul prospers.


I have no greater joy than these things, that I hear [that] my children are walking in truth.


Beloved, you do faithfully whatever you work for the brothers and for strangers,
