And the judges of the provinces, and the governors, and lieutenants, and every one in dignity, that presided over every place and work, extolled the Jews for fear of Mardochai:


1 But God shall break the heads of his enemies: the hairy crown of them that walk on in their sins.


5 Now there was found in it a man poor and wise, and he delivered the city by his wisdom, and no man afterward remembered that poor man.


7 Learn to do well: seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge for the fatherless, defend the widow.


Rejoice, and give praise together, O ye deserts of Jerusalem: for the Lord hath comforted his people: he hath redeemed Jerusalem.


4 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice hath stood far off: because truth bath fallen down in the street, and equity could not come in.


And give him no silence till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.


1 For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth her seed to shoot forth: so shall the Lord God make justice to spring forth, and praise before all the nations.


I have spread forth my hands all the day to an unbelieving people, who walk in a way that is not good after their own thoughts.


3 But if he see that it is not grown,


9 But when they shall deliver you up, take no thought how or what to speak: for it shall be given you in that hour what to speak.


3 And they going told it to the rest: neither did they believe them.

And he promised. And he sought opportunity to betray him in the absence of the multitude.


3 And they appointed two, Joseph, called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias.


That you be not easily moved from your sense, nor be terrified, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by epistle, as sent from us, as if the day of the Lord were at hand.


Behold, he cometh with the clouds, and every eye shall see him, and they also that pierced him. And all the tribes of the earth shall bewail themselves because of him. Even so. Amen.


0 The mystery of the seven stars, which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches. And the seven candlesticks are the seven churches.


And there was seen another sign in heaven: and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads, and ten horns: and on his head seven diadems:


3 And I heard a voice from heaven, saying to me: Write: Blessed are the dead, who die in the Lord. From henceforth now, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; for their works follow them.

And from the throne proceeded lightnings, and voices, and thunders; and there were seven lamps burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God.


4 And to the angel of the church of Laodicea, write: These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, who is the beginning of the creation of God:


And I saw a strong angel, proclaiming with a loud voice: Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?


Saying: Hurt not the earth, nor the sea, nor the trees, till we sign the servants of our God in their foreheads.


And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven, as it were for half an hour.
