Having first shewn that you are forgers of lies, and maintainers of perverse opinions.


His eyes are upon the poor man: He lieth in wait in secret like a lion in his den. He lieth in ambush that he may catch the poor man: to catch the poor, whilst he draweth him to him.


4 Thou seest it, for thou considerest labour and sorrow: that thou mayst deliver them into thy hands. To thee is the poor man left: thou wilt be a helper to the orphan.


Thou hast made us to be a contradiction to our neighbours: and our enemies have scoffed at us.


3 He that walketh deceitfully, revealeth secrets: but he that is faithful, concealeth the thing committed to him by his friend.


0 Deceit is in the heart of them that think evil things: but joy followeth them that take counsels of peace.


4 The spirit of a man upholdeth his infirmity: but a spirit that is easily angered, who can bear?


How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou rise out of thy sleep?
